  • Apparently my son thinks that I look like anyone in a poster he sees...

    Examples:

    The other night, we were out to eat and this was plastered on the wall.


    The ENTIRE meal he kept pointing and saying "Mum-Mums!!!" (that's my name!)

    And then yesterday, he pointed to this poster in my in-laws basement...



    and said "Mum-Mums ... Daddy!!!"

    Hey ... at least he thinks I am "poster worthy!"

    This day sucked.
    This month sucked.
    Let's hope it's not a trend because this year has been awesome.

  • It's FAAAAAAAB-YOU-LUSSS!!!!

    What's up with everyone using the word FABULOUS!??? It is this millennium's "awesome" and I personally think it is getting completely overused. If I was to count up how many times people say this word in one day-- I would run out of numbers. It's INSANE! I even saw an advertisement talking about this "FABULOUS" shirt (from Coldwater Creek of all places... )

    Let's define:

    fab⋅u⋅lous 
    –adjective
    1. almost impossible to believe; incredible.
    2. Informal. exceptionally good or unusual; marvelous; superb: a fabulous bargain; a fabulous new house.

    If you find  yourself overusing this word-- please stop. I am on a personal mission to STOP the overusage of this word.

    AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!

  • Latey Updatey

    Yes-- it has been awhile. I am going to try and catch everyone up on little Micaiah.

    It is quite hilarious because he is starting to understand what the camera is and when I say, "Smile" -- he half-smiles just to  humor me... as you can see in the pics below:






    He LOVES to push his shopping cart around...



    Wait! Who is that around the corner? "TOOK=KOOK??" (His word for Tucker)



    And some of the first steps: "Gook" (His word for Look!)

    And boy, does he love his "Gup!" (Cup)



    What you talkin' about Willis???



    When my mom/dad came-- she did "Arts and Crafts Time" with stickers.



    Whenever she would give him a sticker, he would say, "Kak-Koo" (Thank You!)



    Busy Little Boy!!



    And since he is a little drummer in training-- my Dad and I made Bongos for Micaiah to bang on out of his old Formula cans. Here are him and Daddy in a Jam Session.







    Next up??? Probably First Haircut Pictures!! He totally needs one!!! I seriously think I am going to cry... no joke! Anyways... Hope all is well! Love to all!
